Laser engraved multilayered wall art

Behind the Scenes: Inside Our Fiber, CO2 & Diode Laser Process

Every piece that leaves our Marietta, Georgia studio passes through one of three laser systems, each suited to a different job.

CO2 lasers are our workhorses for organic materials — wood, leather, acrylic, and glass. The longer wavelength cuts and engraves these substrates with clean edges and rich, deep contrast.

Fiber lasers are built for metal. Where a CO2 laser would struggle, a fiber laser marks stainless steel, brass, and anodized aluminum with a permanent, high-precision mark that will not wear off with daily use.

High-efficiency diode systems round things out for fine detail work and rapid-turnaround jobs, giving us the flexibility to match the right tool to the right project.

Every custom order starts the same way regardless of material: a digital proof, built to your exact placement and sizing, so you see the piece before it is ever cut.
