We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Don’t have a design file? Our team can help create one from your idea.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes — every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before we begin engraving or fabrication.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush turnaround is available on most items for an additional fee. Contact us with your deadline and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved proof, we’ll remake it at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Local pickup is also available in Marietta, GA.
